Exchange Unlimited LLC, headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, with additional offices in Chicago and Mongolia, was formed in the fall of 2004. The company is involved in the development and implementation of gaming, horse racing and off-track technology, infrastructure, and operations; facility management; importation/exportation of goods and services including consumer goods and commodities; and consulting.

Among the goods Exchange Unlimited handles are coffee and vodka - both industrial and branded varieties. Business associates are located in Mongolia, Russia and Central America at present.

The company - in conjunction with partners such as PDS Gaming, Planet Hollywood, United Tote, Asia-Pacific Equine Investment Co. LLC [of which EU LLC is the primary stockholder] and the West Paradise Group - has contracted with the Mongolian government to launch a new industry in that country, and will conduct thoroughbred and Mongolian horse racing at two locations, as well as other forms of western-style gaming. The venture will debut this spring with the opening of an off-track wagering and gaming facility in the capital city of Ulaan Baator.

Exchange Unlimited LLC is also the exclusive sales contractor for the gaming technology and content service company United Tote in the countries of Mongolia, the Rostov region of southern Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Armenia.

In the United States, Exchange Unlimited partners have consulted on such subjects as pursuing a racing license on behalf of investors; promoting marketing and advertising packages to the racing industry; and exploring business opportunities for a thermal imaging company in sales and operations for the equine industry.

Exchange Unlimited has a wide-ranging number of strategic partners of international acclaim from all corners of the horse racing and gaming sectors. These partners include specialists in such services as satellite communications; television systems installation and production; totalizator services; racetrack design, construction and maintenance; racing and gaming regulation and legislation; veterinary medicine and research; off-track wagering and gaming facility design, racetrack construction and operation; and racing marketing, publicity and public relations.
